I'm alive. As of yet, not gained (I'll weigh in tomorrow), having some emotional issues. Had my first Thanksgiving without my Dad and although I enjoyed my family time, I spent all day the following Saturday laying in bed.
I know I'll get past this, but not right now. His birthday is coming up and I'm looking for a way to celebrate.
